GGD 低壓固定式開關柜適用于發電廠、變電站、工礦企業等電力用戶的頻率 50Hz，額定工作電壓 400V，額定工作電流 1600A 的配電系統，做為動力、照明及配電設備的電能轉換、分配與控制之用。

產品具有分斷能力高、動熱穩定性好、電氣方案靈活、 組合方便、實用性強， 結構新穎、防護等級高等特點。可作為低壓成套開關設備的更新換代產品使用。

GGD 低壓固定式開關柜符合 IEC439《低壓成套開關設備和控制設備》，GB/T 7251.12-2013《低壓成套開關設備》等標準。

GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear is suitable for the power distribution system with 50Hz frequency, 400V rated working voltage and 1600A rated 

working current of power users such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It is used for power conversion, distribution 

and control of power, lighting and power distribution equipment. 

It has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, 

strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level. It can be used as the replacement product of low-voltage switchgear. 

GGD low-voltage fixed switchgear meets IEC439 "Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear", GB/T 7251.12-2013 "Low-voltage switchgear and 

other standards.

正常使用環境 Normal use environment

◆周圍空氣溫度不高于 +40℃，不低于 -5℃。24h 以內的平均溫度不得高于 +35℃。

◆戶內安裝使用，使用地點的海拔高度不得超過 2000m。

◆周圍空氣相對濕度在溫度為 +40℃時不超過 50％，在較低溫度時允許有較大的相對濕度。( 例如 +20℃時為 90％ ) 應考慮到由于溫度變化可能會偶然產生凝露的影響。

◆設備安裝時與垂直面的傾斜度不超過 5°。

◆設備應安裝在無劇烈震動和沖擊的地方，以及不足以使電器元件受到腐蝕的場所。

◆用戶有要求時與制造廠協商解決。

◆ The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃ . The average temperature within 24h shall not be 

higher than +35℃ . 

◆ For indoor installation and use, the altitude of the place of use shall not exceed 2000m. 

◆ The relative humidity of the surrounding air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40 ℃ , and a higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is lower. (e.g., 90% at +20℃ ) The influence of condensation which may happen occasionally due to temperature change should be considered. 

◆ When the equipment is installed, the inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5. 

◆ The equipment should be installed in places where there is no severe vibration and impact, and places where electrical components are not corroded enough. 

◆ If the user has special requirements, negotiate with the manufacturer to solve them.

安裝與使用 Installation and use

產品到達收貨地點后，首先應當檢查包裝是否完整無損，發現問題及時通知有關部門查找原因，對于不立即安裝的產品，應根據正常使用條件的規定，置于適當的場所。

◆產品安裝

產品的安裝應按安裝示意圖進行 ( 見附圖 2)，基礎槽鋼和螺栓由用戶自備，主母線安裝時應將搭接面修理平整，處理干凈，涂上中性凡士林或采取其他措施，然后螺栓緊固。

◆產品在安裝完畢后，投入運行前需進行如下項目的檢查與試驗。

◇檢查柜體面漆有無脫落，柜內是否干燥，清潔。

◇電器元件的操作機構是否靈活，不應有卡滯或操作力過大現象。

◇主要電器元件的通斷是否可靠、準確，輔助接點的通斷是否可靠準確。

◇儀表指示與互感器的變比及性是否正確。

◇母線連接是否良好，絕緣支撐件，安裝件及附件是否安裝牢固可靠。

◇輔助接點是否符合要求、熔斷器的熔芯規格是否正確，繼電器的整定值是否符合設計要求，動作是否準確。

◇電路的接點是否符合電器原理圖要求。

◇保護電路系統是否符合要求。

◇用 500 伏兆歐表測量絕緣電阻不得低于 10 兆歐。

◆ 使用注意事項

◇本產品為不靠墻安裝，單面 ( 正面 ) 操作，雙面開門維修低壓配電柜。產品的維修通道及柜門，必須經考核合格的人員方可進入或開啟進行操作、檢

查和維修。

◇空氣斷路器，經過多次合、分后，會使主觸頭局部燒傷和產生碳類物質，使接觸電阻增大，應定期對空氣斷路器按其使用說明書進行維護和檢修。

◇隔離開關嚴禁帶負荷分合閘。

After the product arrives at the receiving place, it should first check whether the package is intact, notify the relevant departments to find out the reasons when problems are found, and put the products that are not installed immediately in an appropriate place according to the provisions of normal use conditions. 

◆ Product installation The installation of the products shall be carried out according to the installation schematic diagram (see attached figure 2). The foundation channel steel and bolts shall be provided by the user. When the main bus is installed, the lap surface shall be repaired and leveled, cleaned, coated with neutral vaseline or other measures, and then bolted. 

◆ After the product is installed, the following items shall be inspected and tested before it is put into operation.

◇ Check whether the top paint of the cabinet falls off, and whether the cabinet is dry and clean. 

◇ Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force. 

◇ Whether the on-off of main electrical components is reliable and accurate, and 

whether the on-off of auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate. 

◇ Whether the ratio and polarity of instrument indication and transformer are correct. 

◇ Whether the bus connection is good, and whether the insulation supports, fittings and accessories are firmly and reliably installed. 

◇ Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specification is correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements and whether the action is accurate. 

◇ Whether the contacts of the circuit meet the requirements of the electrical schematic diagram. 

◇ Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements. 

◇ The insulation resistance measured by 500-volt megohmmeter shall not be less than 10 megohmmeter. 

◆ Precautions for use 

◇ This product is not installed against the wall, operated on one side (front side), and opened on both sides to repair the low-voltage distribution cabinet. Product maintenance channels and doors must be opened or entered by qualified professionals for operation, inspection and maintenance. 

◇ Air switch, after many times of closing and separating, will make the main contact burn locally and produce carbon substances, which will increase the contact resistance. air switch should be regularly maintained and overhauled according to its operating instructions. 

◇ Isolating switch is strictly prohibited to switch on or off with load.

訂貨時用戶應提供：

◆主電路配電系統圖和平面布置圖，額定工作電壓，額定工作電流，保護裝置整定電流以及必要的技術參數。

◆標明進出線電纜規格。

◆開關柜內主要電氣元件的型號，規格及數量。

◆如開關柜之間或進線柜需要母線橋或母線槽的， 需注明跨度、距地高度等具體要求數據。

◆開關柜使用在環境條件時，應在訂貨時詳細說明。

◆開關柜表面顏色及其它具體要求。

When ordering, the user should provide: 

◆ Main circuit distribution system diagram and layout, rated working voltage, rated working current, setting current of protection device and necessary technical parameters.

◆ Indicate the specifications of incoming and outgoing cables. 

◆ Type, specification and quantity of main electrical components in switchgear. 

◆ If bus bridges or bus ducts are needed between switchgear cabinets or incoming cabinets, specific data such as span and height from the ground should be indicated. 

◆ When the switch cabinet is used in special environmental conditions, it should be explained in detail when ordering.

◆ Surface color of switchgear and other specific requirements.
