概述 Overview

XGN15-12 型單元式交流金屬封閉環(huán)網(wǎng)開關(guān)設(shè)備 ( 以下簡稱環(huán)網(wǎng)柜 ) 是我們在引進(jìn)國外優(yōu)良技術(shù)并按照國內(nèi)農(nóng)電及城網(wǎng)改造之要求而自行設(shè)計、研制成功的高壓電器產(chǎn)品。各項技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)全符合 IEC62271-200:2003 和 GB3906 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

環(huán)網(wǎng)柜的主開關(guān)、操作機構(gòu)及元器件采用 ABB 公司原裝件或采用部件國內(nèi)組裝生產(chǎn)的 SFL-12/24 型開關(guān)設(shè)備，也可根據(jù)用戶需要配裝 ABB公司原裝 HAD/US 型 SF6。斷路器或 VD4-S 型真空斷路器。其操作方式分為動、電動兩種。

柜體經(jīng)數(shù)控機床加工后鉚接而成，防護(hù)等級達(dá)到 IP3X，并有可靠的機械聯(lián)鎖和防誤操作功能。本產(chǎn)品具有體積小、重量輕、外型美觀、操作簡便、長壽命、高參數(shù)、無污染、少維護(hù)等特點。

The XGN15-12 type unit-type AC metal-enclosed ring main unit switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the ring main unit) is a new type of high-voltage electrical product that we have independently designed and developed by introducing advanced foreign technology and in accordance with the requirements of domestic rural power and urban power grid renovation. The main switch, operating mechanism and components of the ring main unit adopt the original parts of ABB Company or the SFL-12/24

type switchgear assembled and produced domestically with imported components. It can also be equipped with the original HAD/US type SF6

of ABB Company according to the user's needs. Circuit breaker or VD4-S type vacuum circuit breaker. Its operation methods are divided into two types: manual and electric.

The cabinet body is riveted after being processed by a CNC machine tool, with a protection level reaching IP3X, and it also features reliable mechanical interlocking and anti-misoperation functions. This product features remarkable characteristics such as small size, light weight, attractive appearance, easy operation, long service life, high parameters, no pollution and low maintenance.

The XGN15-12 type unitized AC metal-enclosed ring network switchgear is suitable for power networks with an AC frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 12kV, and is used for receiving and distributing electrical energy. The main switch inside the cabinet is an SF6 switch.
